Product details
This technical, self-righting turnout rug is feather-light and designed for transitional weather to keep your horse clean and protected in the field.
Security is assured with a design-registered front closure. The top of two sturdy T-bars is 45° angled to relieve pressure across the point of the shoulder, for comfort and freedom of movement. Backed by a sandwich of anti-lint hook and loop tape, you can turn out with total confidence that the rug won’t slip.
Traditional rugs, which wrap around the horse’s body, create tension around the shoulder and hind legs, which is restrictive and can cause rubbing. Our globally patented two-part skirt breaks the tension, allowing free movement while holding warmth and shielding your horse’s body from splashes. Crossed surcingles with a removable center strap firmly secure the rug.
Reflective safety strips ensure your horse is easy to spot in low light. A silicone-covered fillet strap keeps things clean and neat, while an extra-long tail cover protects the top of the tail.
This rug comes complete with a detachable neck and is compatible with the full range of LeMieux rug liners, bibs, and necks, giving you full rugging flexibility across the seasons.
