For deliveries to mainland UK, products will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.
All deliveries are made via DHL courier service Monday – Friday. Items will not be dispatched on weekends or Bank holidays.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Battlesbridge Horse and Country. Should you wish to return any items, please contact us via email at returns@horseandcountryshop.co.uk to notify us and follow the process below:
Download and fill out the form with the necessary information and include this in your parcel. If you do not have a printer please use this form as a reference when writing your return note.
Returns can be booked online via your preferred shipping company, alternatively you can use either of the links below to generate your label and drop your parcel off at your local post office or Evri drop off point.
Please ensure that the product(s) is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be returned in protective packaging, including boxes, tags, unbroken security seals and any other materials, all intact and undamaged, ensuring it is in a re-sellable condition.
Make sure it is securely packed to prevent any damage during shipping. Please avoid applying tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its packaging (e.g. rugs bags), as this can cause damage and affect resale value.
We must be notified of returns within 14 days and returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery, unless a part of an extended returns policy. When returning/exchanging goods back to us, you are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping back to yourself if you are exchanging the item(s). Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us, we recommend keeping proof of postage when sending the item back.
Once we receive your item(s) within the set timelines and confirmed that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Some items, such as hygiene-related items, may not be eligible for return.
Please Note: Failure to follow our returns process may cause delays in processing your request.
You are unable to exchange items that have been purchased through Klarna. The original item(s) will need to be returned for a refund and then a new order placed.
If you believe an item is faulty, please provide us with photo(s) and as much information as possible regarding the issue. Please do not return any faulty items until asked to do so.
Please note that unless damaged, defective or mis-described, we are unable to exchange or accept the return of:
Feed Supplements, grooming or first aid/care products where the security seal is broken.
Bits that have been used and where there are marks or damage from the horse’s mouth.
Riding Hats or Body Protectors where damage has been caused by user handling.
We will aim to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of receipt however, this is not guaranteed.
We will issue a refund or exchange items, but we reserve the right to refuse a return if the value of the goods has been reduced due to unnecessary handling on your part.
For items that are damaged in your opinion due to poor workmanship or defective materials, you should notify us as soon as possible. If damaged goods continue to be used, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in this condition.
We always try to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and arrive to you in perfect condition. However, mistakes can happen and if there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer services team at customerservices@horseandcountryshop.co.uk so that we can correct any issues as soon as possible.
