Wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable, calm & kind staff. My son was fitted for riding boots, hat, body protector etc and they checked every item thoroughly, cross checking with staff to ensure everyone agreed. They regularly went to the store room to source extra sizes and colours so my son was happy. Super impressed. A really personal and professional service by people who care. Thank you 🙏

I’m new to horse riding so thought I’d pop into Battlesbridge to get some essentials. The staff were so knowledgable and helpful it made the experience so much easier. A member of staff gave me a 1:1 hat fitting which was free when purchasing the hat, this was more than reasonable considering how much time they take to ensure I was 100% happy, that it fits correctly and showed me how to wear it safely. They also had the most amazing selection of everything you could ever need! Cannot recommend this place enough will definitely be coming back.

Lots to choose from, staff are friendly but can be seen as little stuck up. Good range of feeds, bedding and rider wear as well as safety checks. Didn't realise they charge to get safety equipment fitted at an additional price to the cost of the equipment. They are expensive as they are why charge extra??

Friendly staff , lots of different choices of both animal foods and equestrian items. The only downfall is that Nothing is priced so you have to ask, especially with the horse feeds , appreciate that prices do fluctuate but, would be better to see how much things are
