Magnesium is widely known as the ‘anti-stress mineral’. It quickly depletes during exercise or stressful situations, and can lead to overly excitable behaviour and lowered concentration. At correct levels, it is linked to a balanced release of adrenaline and harmonising difficult behaviour, aiding a more relaxed, lower-stress approach to work
Garlic is an incredibly supportive ingredient for maintaining the digestive system. It can create a healthy balance of good bacteria in the gut and gastrointestinal tract.
